spotting..

I'm 12w today! and I've never made it this far in a pregnancy. my appointment is in a few hrs but I'm scared because I started spotting last-night and some of it was red and now still brown. this happened abt a week ago also but only for a few min spotted wiped and that was all. this one is a little longer with the brown (o sorry for the tmi!!!) I'm just so scared but anxious fot my appointment praying I hear the heartbeat. please keep us in your prayers, positive thoughts, uplifting words, whatever you believe!! thank you. and I hope you're all having a great day!
