So I had a miscarriage on July 25th. My first day of my last period was Aug 26th so by that I am 5 weeks and 3 days. I went to the doctor yesterday to do the blood work and they called me today with my results. They are saying everything looks good the only thing is my HCG level is at 46. So they are asking me if I am calculating my first day of my last period right and I told them yes because I always log everything in. Well now they are telling me that my HCG level being at 46 is low to be 5 weeks along. I have looked online and some say it's normal to have it at 46 for being 5 weeks and some say if it measures 46 that means I might be even less than 5 weeks pregnant. My question is has anyone had a issue like this before? I am trying to stay calm but it's so hard to not panic since I had my miscarriage on July I don't want to go through it again.
