Did you have an endometrial biopsy to determine a luteal phase defect? It's apparently done to determine if the endometrial lining of the uterus is ready for implantation but some studies have not supported the conclusion of the test. Meaning women have failed the test and gone on to become pregnant. My doctor says I could have one done but it's really up to me. I'm debating whether or not to go through with the test since my husband's sperm is borderline on all of his numbers.
