Nipple - breast pain from Milk blister/bleb- possible clog -

Ive had nipple pain from the start of breastfeeding but his wknd it was excruciating. Now my left nipple has a white/yellow spot on its end - online photos made me think it was a milk blister/ bleb and maybe even had a deeper clog. I was having pain on the nipple and on that breast during and even in between nursing my son. Even wearing a t shirt and no bra made it hurt. I pumped to empty the breast, Did warm compress and even a salt soak at one point. I massaged my breast to work out any blockages and now the lain is mostly the nipple - not in the breast.

The spot started to lose the white color and heal but two days and is back again. I’m just writhing in pain while I nurse and using lanolin and putting breast milk in it to help it heal - any tips please on how to get it to go away or if it’s something else ? 😣
