I had conceived my second child after my first round of femara in July. I had my 8 week scan and everything looked great. My husband and I were so excited and told all our family and friends. We had been TTC baby #2 for two years. Well today was my 11.5 week appointment and the doctor couldn't find my baby's heartbeat. I was and still am completely devastated. Tomorrow I go to the hospital for a D&C; procedure. This is my first time experiencing this and I honestly don't know what to feel or how to process it. Anyone else out there that understands what I'm going through?
