Nausea before period.
Does anyone else feel nauseous all day before their periods? I'm supposed to start in 2 days, and I've felt nauseous all day. Mostly when I'm up and moving around. A couple days ago I felt sick but it was mostly when I was laying down. I blamed that on bad food. My periods have never been like this before. However I was on the depo shot for two years, & this is my first year off of it. Took awhile just to get to a normal cycle again.
