What’s everyone’s favourites fitness??
After a discussion with my friend today I realised just how many sports you can do that keep you fit physically and mentally but seems everyone just does gym?
Does anyone keep fit but don’t go to gym? I’d love to see what everyone does
I work with horses so my job is 7 days a week so would never have time to gym but thankfully keeps me fit enough and burns enough calories that I can balance my daily routine of healthy foods and snacking on my favourites (chocolate & biscuits) without having to worry
