Good Pads/Panty liners?

I can't figure out what works best for me. All the pads stick to me and rub me raw. The panty liners move around and don't stick in my underwear.
Can someone help, or am I S.O.L.?

I am a fan of the u by Kotex liners. Only occasionally have they move while being worn and the movement is minimal. I typically wear the barely there and curves styles of the liners. They aren't too expensive either.
