Hey ladies! For the past couple weeks I’ve been having crazy soreness and pain in my hip, lower stomach and I think my pelvic bone ( the area on the sides of vagina??) sorry for weird description just don’t know what to call it😂 if any of you ladies had it too and What made it better? I’m 34 weeks pregnant and have been trying to stretch more and I take my dogs for a walk everyday so I was thinking maybe that is contributing to the soreness? Everyday I wake up to it and it lasts all day and night.
