38 weeks 4cm 70% effaced bulging bag
My doctor just did a membrane sweep and I’m currently walking at the park. I feel a little bit of cramps and a lot of pressure. I’m hoping today is the day. I had no idea you can walk around at 4cm and not be in labor.
