Wearable thermometer?
I'm having no luck with taking my BBT. I usually go to bed around 11 or 12, wake up between 3 and 4 to pee, and wake up for work around 6:30, but sometimes I've already been awake and tossing and turning.
I was wondering if anyone had used a wearable thermometer and if it would even be worth the investment for me since I have such a wonky sleep schedule.
Any advice?
