Pcos & pregnant?!?

Have any of you ladies TTC on Femara also know as Letrozole? Did you guys have any success? How was it for you guys? This is my first around of being on it .

I'm on round 4 of Letrozole. I have PCOS, so for me it is working well. My egg is not developing enough, so waiting on next steps. I had no symptoms except a headache the first month, but it has made me a bit sleepy and I've gained some weight.
