I have cramps but no sign of period

Or pregnancy.been having negative tests.’What is this sign suppose to mean? Maybe it’s a early symptoms of pregnancy idk I’m waiting till next week to take a pregnancy test to see if I’m pregnant or to see if my period will come but I doubt it will. I been feeling wierd. Like

Nasuaed but not throwing up. Just to the point we’re no food sounds good to me and I just feel yucky. I been really Tired also and never could sleep at night which is wierd becuase I always sleep early and stay asleep but now I fall asleep and wake up needing to peee none stop. Is those normal signs?been getting headaches also.feeling bloated.i crave sweets sometimes and its hard becuase I been on a diet, also I am vegetarian so

I don’t eat anything unhealthy .I once in awhile have wierd scary dreams and I never use to have those. What does all this mean . This is all new to me I only had white cm a week ago but idk what’s going on? Any advice?
