Implantation Bleeding or Something Else?? Help Pls!!! TMI Toilet Paper Pics

Hi ladies need some help! I have PCOS so I can never track my cycles. This round I was on 3 pills of Clomiphene for 5 days and then 5 days of injections to make me ovulate. I had a doctors appointment on the 17th and found out the medication worked and I did ovulate possibly on the 16th or even 17th. I've had mild cramps since Saturday, nothing major as well as some other possible pregnancy symptoms. I also took a test Saturday, Sunday, Monday that all had VVFL's and then I got a negative yesterday. Then spotting happened. Is it possible it's implantation bleeding or something else? I'm so confused because I had the VVFL's and I'm worried it could be a chemical. But I've also heard that spotting and cramps could happen during early pregnancy. Based on previous months AF was supposed to be due Sunday. Help me! Lots of pictures I know but I really need some advice
