I tattooed “hope” where I used to cut myself and I haven’t done it since.

i just kinda had a red marker and retraced my scars.. sometimes I relapse but its a lot of time and effort

I don’t like cops so I was threatened I’d be taken away to an asylum by my own husband so I stopped 😊

I got pregnant unexpectedly but it made me stop , also my hubby was very supportive and helped me stop

No but thought about it as I do struggle with self-harm. I recommend simply searching “alternatives to self-harm” as you’ll find many lists and can decide which ones might work for you.
