First birthday ideas

We live in a small house and I have a big family. So I'm stuck trying to find an option outside of the house. My daughter will be turning 1 and we don't have many friends with kids. If we invite everyone maybe 1 other kid will show up and the rest will be adults. I just have no clue what to do.
