Son won’t sleep for me 😰 help😰

My 4 and half month old boy, just won’t sleep for me. My partner can get him to sleep in 5 seconds, but then when it comes to me putting him to sleep, he just screams and cries, and kicks up a stink. I’ve tried everything my partner is doing. I’ve tired the rocking chair, walking around, sitting down, laying him down, lying down with him, changing positions, and nothing works for me! I don’t know what it is!?

Has anyone gone through this? And does anyone have any advice?
