Really Painful PMS/Periods ADVICE!!!

So I know I’m not the only one that gets extremely painful periods, however, my PMS symptoms like back pain, breast pain, anger, and sometimes extra depression can keep me in bed for until I get my period! And then when my period comes, my cramps are so bad sometimes painkillers, heating pads, and ice barely help. I can’t keep being basically on bed rest for 10 days because of my cycle. I CANNOT be on any form of birth control due to a medical condition but are there any other options? Please help!!
