How to begin weaning?

My son is 15 months my goal was a year I'm past it because I don't know how to wean him off still debating if I'm ready to stop I just want my body back ya no? I need advice where to begin.

The most gentle approach is don’t ask don’t refuse. 
What I did was start with  dropping one feeding, the least important one, and distract distract distract. Once baby has adjusted to that pick the next one and so on. The last to go are usually nap and bedtime.  Be prepared for it to take days or weeks for him to adjust to each feeding being dropped. I found this article helpful.
