TITTY HELP!!!

I have had SEVERE pain in my breasts for 2 maybe more months now. I know I need to see a Dr. I'm just terrified of going because of my last experience. I can't lay on my stomach or side. literally any movement of my boobs brings tears to my eyes. I am 21. I have super irregular periods. (like I get one every 3 or r months) I just wanna know if this has happened to anyone else. no discharge. no lumps.
