In need of advice please ladies 💖

Can someone give me some advice please can't get intouch with my midwife.... I've got gallstones and need my gallbladder removed but i refuse to have surgery while I'm pregnant no matter how much pain I'm in I'm too scared incase anything happens to her..... if I speak to my midwife can she talk about inducing me early or will she make me wait till the baby is ready her self?? Even a week early just so i can get this gallbladder removed quicker I'm currently 22+1 so still have 18 weeks left or possibly 20 if she's over due xxxxx
