How much coffee do you drink pregnant?

I drink a tall/ grande size cup of coffee everyday and I’m wondering if I need to scale back. Just seeing what other moms to be do!

200 mg are what's considered safe for baby. You may want to check how much you are consuming. Also know pop and chocolate have caffeine in them so if you consume that it's also adding to your daily intake.

It depends what you are drinking, as the caffeine content varies. The recommendation I have heard is 200mg or less of caffeine per day. 
From Starbucks here are a few examples of caffeine content:
Short Blond Roast (8oz)- 180mg
Tall Dark Roast (12oz) - 195mg
Grande Latte (two shots)- 150mg
Venti Latte (two shots)- 150mg
Grande Cold Brew (16oz)- 200mg

Honestly there's nothing conclusive anywhere about moderate caffeine use being an issue. I stick to one maybe two cups a days.

I completely cut out coffee even though I love it. I have tea occasionally, but more often when I'm ill with an infection (which is like all of the time so far this pregnancy 🤧🤒😷).

I don't go to Starbucks often so I can't remember the sizes. 😂 But I drink 1-2 mugs a day and then other days I don't drink any lol. So maybe 24oz at the most when I'm really desperate? Otherwise like 12oz.

Just FYI, if you're getting your coffee at Starbucks (assuming because of the size terminology they use), their coffee is significantly higher caffeine than other coffee. So I'd stick to one tall there, but if you're brewing your own or ordering from a standard coffee shop, two small coffees are probably fine!
