Is this to early for implantation dip!?!

Did 100mg of Clomid CD 5-9 and got a positive OPK on CD11. It might sound crazy but I’m having a problem sleeping but feel so tired. Headaches everyday, both ovaries have a achy feeling and my boobs feel full. I just had a pulling pain that comes and goes the last two days and was nauseous yesterday. I also have lots a creamy CM too and hot flashes like crazy at night time. Fingers crossed for us please..
