I am running daycare out of my home. Currently I have clients with a 1 year old. I also have my own 1 year old. My issue is they have grandma drop her off in the morning and she brings her at a different time everyday. Some days (when she sleeps in) she doesn't get here until almost 9. By that time my baby has a nap and I cannot take them out or feed them lunch at the same time because one is always napping (taking two per day). I think the child would benefit from a more regular schedule and so would I. Should I say something to her parents? They're still on a trial with me (crazy hours).
