Spotting then stoped?

Alright I am so confused so I started bleeding yesterday like very little so I thought ok cool my period well I woke up this morning to nothing. No bleeding nothing on my pad. What in the world is going on? 
SN: my period was suppose to start yesterday. Possibly of pregnancy? Why would I bleed just a little then nothing?

Girl I’m having the same thing. I spotted the other day & thought it was my period. But I’ve had nothing since. Just cramping etc.

could have been implantation. implantation occurs around the same time as your period so a lot of people mistake it for a period.

I had something similar last week. AF was due 9/28. On 9/25 & 9/26, I had what I would consider to be “heavy spotting”, & I haven't had any bleeding since then. I was told that since it was only a couple of days that it wasn't actually a period. Blood pregnancy test this week was negative, & my period still hasn't started. I've had cramping, sore boobs (mostly sore nipples 🙄) & bloody nasal mucus (I always have a runny nose around the time of my period, & there is always a little blood from my left nostril when I blow my nose. Weird, I know). Still no period. Not even a little spotting. I had my first round of Clomid at the beginning of last month, & an HCG trigger shot, so I'm guessing that's what has my body all thrown out of whack.
