I have been having a hard time with my thyroid lately and went in for some testing. my doctor is asking me all the normal questions and then tells me that it seems like I may be pregnant. I told her I have AF every month and I even tested two days before it started two weeks ago.

She continues to say that many woman bleed even after they conceive and with a thyroid issue it can throw of home pregnancy tests. She takes blood and says we will check for a pregnancy just to be safe.

I have been TTC for five years and I have had three miscarriages. I know I'm not pregnant and having the doctor even entertain the idea gives a false sense of hope. This was Four pm yesterday and I haven't slept at all since then. This process is enough to kill me.
