Manual breast pump opinions?

I'm wondering if any of you could share your experience with specific brands of manual breast pump? I used the Medela electric pump with my first and it worked well enough, but would like to explore alternatives. 
Is it easy to use? Does it produce sufficient milk? Do you prefer the electric pump? Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried a manual, but I have the Spectra and I can empty my boobs within 6 or 8 minutes and get around 6 oz each. I love it.

I use a medela manual pump, I can usually get more from my manual than my electric so I use it often but for time saving purposes I use the electric as well

I liked a manual soooooo much better than electric. But I'm also a stay at home mom and only pumped occasionally, but I got so much more milk out, and more quickly. I just had a medela one they gave me free in the hospital.

My hospital gave me a manual breast pump (5 years ago) never had any trouble with it. Wouldn't mind getting one again
