insecure bf, need advice

my bf doesn't like me talking to my guy friends. he also doesn't like me going to co-ed parties on the basis that other guys will try to hit on me.

so I have tried to compromise and gone to less parties, talked less to guy friends...but he's still not happy.

when I asked him if its because he doesn't trust me, he always says that

'its not you I dont trust, its the guys'

like what am i supposed to do? put my life on halt and ignore every person who talks to me?! 😡 wth its like he wants to put me in a bubble full of only straight girls

am I being too unreasonable? or is he just being ridiculous?
