Baby is 3 months almost 4
How many naps should my baby be taking any suggestions on how to get him to sleep during the day . He constantly wakes up with a reflex on his arms as if he feels like hesfalling I don't want to swaddle his arms in bc it's very hot but is this going to be th only way to get him to sleep? Swaddling his arms? Will he ever get use to sleeping without being swaddled
