Definitely a miscarriage hun. Go to the ER asap. Also, don't be discouraged. My doctor told me that most women have a miscarriage without even knowing it and that it's normal because it's your body preparing itself to carry your baby full-term. Your baby will come back to meet you when he/she knows that your body is ready! Prayers and love sent your way!

I am so sorry, but it looks like it to me ): I had a miscarriage a little over 3 years ago and it looked just like this except it was about double this size. But I might be wrong, I would definitely check with your doctor to be sure! good luck! xoxo
