so I just had my baby aug 12th. i got the implant for birth control put in on sept 25th but had unprotected sex a few days prior to seeing my dr. I was still spotting a bit at the time but the next few days it stopped. she told me I shouldnt get any bleeding for atleast another few months since I am breastfeeding as well. today i started cramping and spotting. could it be possible im pregnant?
