Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Hey yall, I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby. I had a blighted ovum in January and a chemical in July. I had my ultrasound yesterday and was told today that the heartbeat looks great and baby is measuring where it should be. They also said I have a subchorionic hemorrhage & a cyst on my right ovary.

They mentioned that these hemorrhages are very common in early pregnancy and usually clear up on their own but I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and how you dealt with it.
