Conceiving naturally after 2+ years of trying?

Just looking for some words of encouragement... does anybody have a pregnancy success story after trying for 2 or more years? Or like 1.5+ years? Any positive comments are welcome

we tried for 18 months and had three failed iui's.  once we met with the doctor and she recommended ivf, we took a break and got pregnant.  of course it was still on my mind I just wasn't tracking ovulation or taking medication

2.7 years of trying before I finally became pregnant. Currently 19 weeks along. Ironically I had just started infertility testing (blood workups) the very week I found out I was pregnant.  All natural though, used this app to track periods/ovulation only thing we did all that time trying.
