Cramps
I had just started my period and boi lemme tell you. I have THE worst cramps ever to the point where I dont wanna get up from my bed because of the pain. I usually take ibuprofen for cramps but they don't help that much and sadly I dont have any. So does anybody have any other remedies or studf they use to calm period cramps? help a girl out she's in need 😭
