Taking vitamins and faint pregnancy line

Anyone on here have been taken prenatal and or Geritol and made you get a faint line on a pregnancy test??

I took a test this morning but it was negative and a little after I had breakfast I took Geritol and prenatal Vitamins about one hour ago I took another dollar tree test and there was a faint line at 5 minutes mark. What are the odds is to get a fake positive??? Or faint line
