I have a tilted uterus. I think it's from having a csection with my first. We've been having an incredibly hard time getting pregnant and I think that's the cause. We do doggy and I sometimes lay on a pillow to elevate my hips. I do the FAM and use ovulation kits. I've been to the doctor and they said that I should be able to conceive no problem. It's been a little over a year since we've been trying and still nothing. Is there something else I need to be doing?
