I passed the 1hr at 12w. I failed, miserably, the 1hr test at 26w. I also failed the 3h test that followed. I had to monitor my blood sugar 5x per day and at 30w was put on insulin to control my fasting sugar. If your doctor is concerned they'll let you know. I saw my OB, a nutritionist, and the diabetic doctor 1x per week until my daughter was delivered at 38w.

Answer

I had GD. The only number I couldn't get down with diet was the fasting number. I took a pill before bed. It wasn't that bad if you can figure out your diet.
