Should I be cramping at 24 weeks 1 day ??

I’m cramping real bad right now it went away and came right back idk what to do and don’t wanna worry !! Please help

It can be totally normal. Don’t panic! Call your doctor if it doesn’t stop but just rest your body. I’ve gotten cramps randomly throughout my pregnancy. I’m currently 27.4 weeks.

try doing some pelvic rocking, it'll help with back pain and a host of other things! it found be BH, if it went away and you have felt baby move since, you're most likely fine. call your doctor if you feel concerned, but try to avoid ER unless your gut tells you tgat you need to go

It’s most likely Braxton Hicks. My doc told me if it goes from the front the the back cramping then you should call a nurse. Try drinking some water and changing activities. I get lots of beacon hicks when I’ve been standing or walking too long
