I had a very easy and wonderful first pregnancy but the birth of my son was very traumatic and ended with me hemorrhaging, needing 4 transfusions, a second surgery under general anesthesia to stop the bleeding and almost resulted in a hysterectomy and death. So traumatic I can't even explain it! I am ttc with my husband and we are so excited but a part of me is still very nervous and worried that it could happen again. Anyone else have a traumatic birth story and went on to conceive and have a positive birthing story the second or third time around? I need all the reassurance I can get :) thanks all!
