16 weeks movements?

I'm 16 weeks today. &I;'ve noticed lots of pressure feeling in the front of my stomach as I touch it i feel something alittle hard poking out. as soon as I touch it or rub the pressure goes away &so; does whatever that was poking out. I don't remember feeling moments this early with my first but I heard you can feel them earlier with your 2nd? o also experience like something is slightly rubbing against the inside of my stomach. could these feelings be the baby moving??
