Healthy baby body?
I used to eat all the vegetables, work out 5 days a week, never touch processed food, and took the dog for daily walks. Tonight, I went to the store to BUY *and eat* Cheez its and a pint of Ben and Jerry’s and have not exercised in over a week (mostly due to all day nausea and serious food aversions and extreme fatigue). This diet of shit is clearly not helping, but what do you do to stay healthy? This is so not me. Do you force yourself to eat your fruits and veggies despite the extreme discomfort? Do you roll with your sloth? I want a healthy baby and a healthy body. But, my workout is currently walking to the bathroom, or making the bed....
