hemiroid during pregnancy, first one ever, relief?

just got my first one today didn't have this in my last pregnancy but it is very painful and uncomfortable. have any of you all had this and what did you do for relief?

Had to deal with painful hémorroïdes which messed up my bowel movements for 8 weeks. Tuck pads are your best friends. That and prune  juice, preparation h if it gets intense and lots of water. Hang in there!

talked to my doctor, was told to use tucks medicated cooling pads, hydrocortisone cream and preparation h, also to not lift anything too heavy and to not walk, stand or even sit too much I should lay down as much as possible to make the swelling go down.

I also got my first hemorrhoid during pregnancy (well ever). I got mine about 2 weeks ago at 28 weeks and it seriously sucks. I drank lots of water and used preparation H cooling gel. I think the gel worked ok but I would get the cream one next time.

I read up about them and it said to "push it back in" so I did and then I used a suppository and hemorrhoid cream! I've never had them before until this pregnancy! 😭
