what to do?

my period is now 20 days late and I'm 6 dpo for this month.  I went to the hospital BC none of my hpt came positive and they did a pee test it came back negative. but I have had different signs. my period for October is supposed to be here in 8 days. I'm so confused as what to do.

kinda the same thing happened with my friend she was taking hpt and they were negative because her body wasn't producing enough HCG to make a test positive but she got a blood test done with her dr that came back positive for pregnancy..she recently ended her pregnancy because her body wasn't reacting well to a growing baby. i hope everything goes good for you & you find out what's going on honey ♥️
