HELP!! I got a positive opk on CD18 only have 28day cycle, not sure if I ovulated b4 as only started them a couple of days b4, glow usually has it at CD14. it's only been about 7dpo according to opk but starting to feel really sick most of the day untill I eat then goes for about 20mins slight dull lower back ache and odd twinges in left ovaries. I'm always tired. am i just sending my self crazy. TIA
