Anal fissure and haemmaroids are killing me 😩😩

Everytime I go to the toilet it feels as though I'm passing glass. I always pass blood too 😣 I dread going to the toilet now. I've tried haemmaroid and suppository cream for the fissure but it hasn't healed and it's been 5 weeks. What can I do to help it heal?
