I was served papers saying he wants week on week off custody of our 14 month old . I don't have lawyer money, but I don't think that would be best considering he leaves for work at 3am til 5pm . He says family will keep baby but I'm not working during the week(only weekends) I don't see why I couldn't have my own child . He does come by a couple times a week after work to see her and every other weekend ! What type of custody is best to keep the schedule we have now ? Physical and legal ?
