Yea it does look like it but just speak to your midwife to make sure everything's ok mine was a lot worse than this I thought I was losing my baby there was that much blood and a huge clot and it happened through the night and woke me up but no it was my bloody show but like other ladies said it's better to be safe then sorry just get checked and make sure everything's ok luvi xx

Usually your mucus plug looks like mucus literally and can have a light pinkish brown mix but that definitely looks like a blood clot I would definitely call my OB, good luck babe
