ER worthy?

I'm having reallyyyyy bad stomach pain. Very sharp in my lower abdomen. Extremely sharp.milk out of my nipples and im not pregnant. Should I go to the ER. I'm traveling out of state and probably won't make it to my doctors appointment on two weeks.

SB..... I was thinking emergency because I work tomorrow and Sunday and leaving Monday was thinking of going tonight on my way home. The sharp pains are kind of intense. Started with cramps last week.
