just need to vent....

So I just recently went through a miscarriage. I was about 9 weeks pregnant with twins. I miscarried due to an enlarged cyst and I'm also B- blood type(blood attacked the babies) Well, I ended up having a d&c; as well as a tubal ligation. So now I only have one fallopian tube. I'm 2 weeks away from my 2nd cycle since the miscarriage. October 5th, was my angel babies birthday(I miscarried in 2016 as well). Well, as a way to kind of celebrate and make me feel better my S.O. And I did the baby dance. And he DIDN'T pull out!! Which is different cause we've been semi safe since August. Well, I ended up getting small shooting pains in my left ovary the one with a tube. just confused, could it be possible to conceive this early? I would be floored if I became pregnant on Ariel's birthday....
