37+2today ob says I'm 1cm cervix soft today I started raspberry leaf tea one cup for today, I'm not trying to interrupting my baby's cooking time πππat all but I do wanna at least progress maybe to 2cm by my next apt Tuesday even tho that's a long shot soooo what can I do to help my cervix open or even drop. My dr says I'm high still. When is it ok to start bouncing idk I haven't bcuz I'm afraid of triggering labor before time. Any good advice girls?
